https://hatton-designs.com may, but are under no obligation to, honour requests for refunds for the following reasons:
Non-delivery of the product: Due to an issue with the mail or courier service, https://hatton-designs.com will require you to first submit proof that you have submitted a report to the mail service or courier company describing the missing item, followed their claims procedure and provided us with their response before we will consider your claim. To minimise non-delivery claims we encourage all customers to choose the COURIER shipping option.
Irreparable defects with the product: Although all the products are checked before release, unexpected errors may occur. This reason should be submitted to our Support Team for its approval of your refund request;
Product not-as-described: A request based on this reason is addressed on a case-by-case basis and subject to our approval. To prevent this kind of claim from arising, every customer is encouraged to check each type of the product offered before making a purchase.
Sizing Issues: Please check the sizing charts before purchasing as different manufacturers have different size measurements. If you are unsure, please contact us prior to purchase. We cannot refund items simply because they don't fit. We provide accurate size charts for all of our products. We will happily exchange the item but he postage costs will be borne by the purchaser. Custom sized bracelets are not eligible for refunds. However, we will happily exchange/alter them in case of a sizing issue.
Custom sized bracelets are non refundable. However, we will exchange for another size.
We will refund any item returned to us within 60 days of receipt. As long as the item is returned in its original condition we will refund the purchase price only - shipping costs will not be refunded. The cost of returning the item will be borne by the customer.
Exchanges - Shipment of your exchanged merchandise from our warehouse is paid by you unless we made a processing error which did not match your order. In such a case, we will happily cover the return postage.
